Every listed equipment price covers one 24-hour rental period. Your confirmed delivery and pickup times will depend on the event date, location, order size and our delivery schedule. Additional rental time must be requested before the reservation is confirmed.

Yes. You can reserve individual rental items in the exact quantities you need. You may rent chairs only, tables only, one available tent, or combine tables, chairs, covers, lighting and décor into a complete event order.

Standard white folding chairs are currently listed at $2 each for 24 hours. Our 6ft rectangular tables are $10 each, 4ft round tables are $11 each and 6ft round tables are $14 each. Optional covers, sashes and runners are priced separately. Delivery, pickup and applicable labor are confirmed after we review the event address and order.

A 6ft rectangular table commonly seats approximately 6–8 guests. A 4ft round table commonly seats approximately 4–6 guests, while a 6ft round table commonly seats approximately 8–10 guests. Comfortable capacity can vary based on chair size, place settings, serving space and the final event layout.

The 16×20 tent is generally suitable for approximately 24–32 seated guests. The 16×32 tent can accommodate approximately 40–60 guests, and the 20×40 tent can accommodate approximately 80–110 guests depending on the layout. Round tables, buffet stations, dance areas and wider aisles reduce the number of seated guests that will fit comfortably.

Our listed event tents use waterproof covering material and can provide shelter from ordinary rain. However, no temporary tent should be treated as protection during unsafe weather. Strong winds, storms, flooding or other hazardous conditions may require delayed installation, early removal or cancellation of tent use.

Installation may be possible on grass, concrete, asphalt or another level surface when the tent can be secured safely. Anchoring requirements vary by tent size and surface. Include the setup surface and photographs of the location when requested so our team can determine whether the installation is suitable.

The setup area must be larger than the listed tent dimensions because the installation requires clearance for the frame, anchoring, entrances and safe access. The area should be level and clear of trees, low branches, overhead wires, sprinklers, furniture and other obstructions. We will review the available space before confirming installation.

Standard delivery does not automatically mean that every table and chair will be arranged in its final event position. Placement, cover installation and detailed setup must be requested and confirmed in advance. Tent installation and breakdown are handled by our team, with final labor and service details shown in the confirmed quote.

Chair covers are currently available in black and white. Decorative chair sashes are available in black, white, silver, green, pink, purple and yellow. Color availability is confirmed for the event date when we review your reservation request.

Table-cover colors currently include black, white, purple, blue, red and green. Table runners are available in gold, black and white. Select the preferred colors while building your quote, and our team will confirm availability before accepting the reservation.

Yes. Outdoor string-light sets, flameless electric candles and flower centerpieces may be added in the quantities needed. Lighting installation, electrical access and décor placement requirements will be reviewed with the complete order.

Contact us as early as possible if unsafe weather is forecast. Tent installation and use depend on safe site and wind conditions. MJ Clubz may postpone installation, require removal or decline tent use when conditions could endanger guests, employees or equipment. Your available options will depend on the timing and circumstances of the reservation.

The delivery and installation area should be accessible, level and cleared before arrival. Unlock gates, move vehicles and furniture, secure pets and identify underground sprinklers, utility lines or areas where anchoring is prohibited. Additional labor or delays caused by difficult access may affect final pricing.

Reserve as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, graduation season and wedding dates. We currently have only one tent available in each listed size, so tent availability can be limited. Last-minute requests may be accepted when inventory and delivery scheduling allow.

No. Submitting the online form sends a reservation request only. MJ Clubz must review the inventory, event date, delivery address, access, setup requirements and final pricing. Your reservation is confirmed only after our team accepts the request and provides the required booking confirmation and payment instructions.

Customers are responsible for keeping rental equipment secure and protected during the rental period. Missing, excessively dirty, misused or damaged equipment may result in cleaning, repair or replacement charges. The applicable responsibilities and charges will be explained in the final rental agreement.
