Every screen rental includes the selected 10ft, 14ft or 20ft inflatable movie screen, projector, speaker system, necessary setup equipment, professional installation, equipment testing, breakdown and pickup. Inflatable lounge seating, a popcorn machine and popcorn servings can be added while building your package.

The 10ft screen starts at $170, the 14ft screen starts at $250 and the 20ft screen starts at $330. Seating and popcorn options are priced separately. The 10ft screen is generally best for smaller backyard movie nights. The 14ft option offers a larger viewing experience for birthdays, graduations and private gatherings. The 20ft screen is designed for larger parties, schools, churches, HOAs and community events. We will confirm that your selected screen fits your space before accepting the reservation.

Standard outdoor projection looks best after sunset or in a properly darkened area. Direct daylight can make a projected image difficult to see. Tell us when your event begins so we can recommend the most appropriate start time and setup.

You should provide the movie or program you want to show through a compatible laptop, streaming device or other approved media source. You are also responsible for your streaming account, internet connection when required and any permission needed to show the selected content.

Compatible streaming services, videos, gaming systems and live sports can usually be displayed when the customer supplies the appropriate device, account and reliable internet connection. Some apps or devices may restrict external playback, so tell us what you plan to show before the event.

Setup may be possible on grass, concrete or another flat surface when the screen can be secured safely. The exact installation method depends on the screen size, surface, available space and weather conditions. Please describe the setup area in your booking request.

Space and power requirements depend on the selected screen, seating arrangement and event layout. We need a flat viewing area, safe clearance around the equipment and access to suitable electrical power. Our team will review your address and setup information before confirming the reservation.

Inflatable movie screens are weather-dependent and cannot be operated when conditions are unsafe. If rain, strong wind or another weather concern is expected, contact us as early as possible so we can review the conditions and discuss the available options for your reservation.

Yes. Inflatable lounge seating is available for groups of 5–10, 10–20, 20–30 and 30–50 people. A popcorn machine can be added for $60, and standard-size popcorn servings are available for $3 each. Events with more than 50 guests require a custom quote.
